No sound when locked
Make sure your media volume is audible and another app has not taken over audio playback. Start HushCap before locking your iPhone; it is designed to continue in the background.

Overview
HushCap is an offline sleep sound machine. We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit personal data. The app does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.
Data collection
HushCap collects no data. Your selected sound, volume, and timer are handled on your device and are not sent to the developer or any third party.
Audio and background playback
All sleep sounds are bundled inside the app. Background audio is used only to continue the sound you start while your iPhone is locked or HushCap is not on screen. No microphone access is used.
Third parties and children
HushCap uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external servers. Because no personal data is collected, the app does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be posted on this page before the change takes effect.
